Unique Construction LLC is led by Kyle Hohman and Colt Williams from 3713 Washington Pike, Knoxville, TN. We are a licensed general contractor and cash home buyer based in East Tennessee. Since 2010, we have worked with homeowners, real estate agents, and home inspectors to repair, renovate, and purchase properties that other buyers often pass on.
Most cash buyers are not builders. They guess at repair costs, pad the guess to protect themselves, and that padding comes straight out of your price. We do the work ourselves, so we know what a roof, a crawl space, or a full rebuild actually costs here.
Our Tennessee BC-A licence is #70201. Our crews self-perform much of the roofing, framing, mechanical, and finish work that goes into our renovations, rather than pricing a house from a wholesaler's repair spreadsheet.
That is also why we buy houses other buyers pass on: fire damage, code cases, unpermitted additions, half-finished renovations. Those are ordinary weeks for us.
We will tell you honestly when selling to us is not your best move. If listing nets you more and you have the time and money to get there, we will say so.
